When you submit a Start a Project inquiry or Design Discovery Questionnaire, the information you provide may be transmitted through Hetrick Design’s secure website intake system and processed by technology providers used to receive, store, organize, and communicate project information.

Information from a Start a Project inquiry may be associated with a unique intake reference and carried forward into a personalized Design Discovery Questionnaire so that information you have already provided does not need to be entered again.
