Projects are accepted selectively based on scope, location, timing, project readiness, and overall fit. After reviewing your inquiry, I’ll follow up with the appropriate next step. For residential design projects, this may include a client guide, a brief discovery call, or a few additional questions.

Builders and Design Professionals

Select professional design support, drafting, and documentation services may also be available. These services remain secondary to the studio’s custom residential design work.

While You Wait

After submitting your inquiry, there’s nothing else you need to send unless I request it. If you’d like to prepare in the meantime, it can be helpful to begin gathering:

a survey, plat, or other property information
sketches, drawings, floor plan ideas, or marked-up plans you may already have
inspiration images or examples you’re drawn to
notes about must-have spaces, priorities, or concerns
any HOA, zoning, or site information you already have
builder, contractor, or consultant information if someone is already involved
questions you want to make sure we discuss

These items are entirely optional at this stage. You do not need to have everything figured out. Sketches and preliminary ideas can be especially useful for communicating what you have in mind, but they do not lock the project into a particular layout or design direction. They simply help make a future conversation or design discussion more productive if the project moves forward.
