Located in Richmond, Virginia, The Seneca Renewal adds a two-story rear expansion and interior renovation that bring new life to a Tudor Revival home. The addition includes a raised-ceiling family room with transom windows that fill the space with light, and a new primary suite above—reached by a short stair to an elevated second-floor level. The suite features a private sitting area, a built-in coffee bar, and access to a deck overlooking the new patio and hot tub.
Several of the home’s quirky original features were thoughtfully retained, blending its character with modern comfort.
